How are your juices processed?
We use a cold-press extraction method that minimizes heat and oxidation, followed by High Pressure Processing (HPP) to ensure safety while preserving 100% of the live enzymes and nutrients.
How long do the juices stay fresh?
Our juices typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 30 to 45 days from the date of production. Once opened, please consume within 24 hours for maximum freshness.
How do you ship perishable products?
We ship all orders in insulated eco-friendly liners with non-toxic gel ice packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your juice arrives cold and ready to drink.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
